A great lessons that learn early on in your study and something to practice and think about OFTEN as you progress. The more movement a dancer learns often times the more movement the dancer tries to do when dancing. All too often we don’t stress the importance of just “stopping” movement once in a while. Imagine a sentence that never had any punctuation and it just runs on and on and on and on and on and on and never stops and keeps going and going and going…well I think you get my point.
